【摘要】 目的检测贵州省是否存在输血传播病毒 (TTV)感染。方法对 15 0人次急慢性肝炎、肝硬化病人的血清用酶联免疫试验进行抗—TTV检测。结果发现 1例抗—TTV阳性。为确认结果的可靠性 ,对该患者不同时间采取的两份血清复检 ,其结果相同 ,确诊为急性TTV性肝炎。经抗病毒药物等治疗 ,病人痊愈出院。结论贵州省存在TTV感染更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To examine acute transfusion transmitted hepatitis (TTV) from hepatitis and cirrhosis of this hospital. Methods 150 patients serum samples with acute or chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis were examined by ELISA for TTV and hepatitis type A P. Results All serum samples antibodies were negative of hepatitis type A G, only one case of serum sample TTV was positive for twice test from different time. Through anti virus effective treatment that the case was recovered from TTV. Conclusion Guizhou province has TTV infection.更多还原
