【摘要】 目的通过对胃溃疡病活检标本中EGFR检测 ,探讨溃疡病愈合机制。方法运用免疫组化方法及图像分析技术 ,检测胃镜活检之 2 5例胃溃疡病标本EGFR表达情况。结果溃疡病组胃粘膜上皮细胞、固有膜细胞及粘膜肌细胞中EGFR阳性细胞数均高于对照组 ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,并且溃疡病的胃粘膜上皮EGFR阳性细胞数高于固有膜及粘膜肌中阳性细胞数 ,差异也有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;而溃疡病粘膜内炎症程度与EGFR表达强度无关。结论胃粘膜细胞是EGF的靶细胞 ,EGF通过其与胃粘膜各种细胞EGFR作用 ,促进组织再生修复、溃疡愈合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective [WT5”BZ]To study the role of EGFR in healing of gastric ulcer. [WT5”HZ]Methods [WT5”BZ]Biopsy materials of 25 cases of gastric ulcer were examined by immunochemical and morphometric techniques. [WT5”HZ]Results [WT5”BZ] Enhancement of EGFR expression was observed in the cells of ulcer neighboring epithelium, lamina propria and muscularis mucosae of gastric ulcer as compared with the control,and there was no correlation between the severity of the inflammation and the intensity of EGFR expression.
