【摘要】 目的研究腹腔镜胆囊切除术 (LC)中使用普通丝线取代钛夹或生物夹的可能性。方法在LC手术中使用笔者研制的新型器械 ,用丝线结扎胆囊管和胆囊动脉 5 0例。结果所有 5 0例病人术后恢复顺利 ,无并发症发生。结论在LC手术中使用新型腔内缝合打结器能用普通丝线结扎胆囊管和胆囊动脉 ,基本可取代钛夹及生物夹。更多还原

【Abstract】 Obsjective To investigate the possibility of common silk thread as substitute for titanic(Ti) or biological clamps in laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods 50 patients of LC the cystic duct and the cystic artery were ligate with common silk threads respectively.The ligations were carried out in the abdominal cavity with a new knot instrument developed by the authors.[WT5”HZ]Results Postoperative recovery of all patients were good without any complication.Conclusion Ti or biological clamps can be replaced by common silk thread in the procedure of LC,if use the new knot instrument for ligation of the cystic duct and the cystic artery in the abdominal cavity.更多还原
