【摘要】 探讨周期蛋白 (cyclinE)在原发性胆囊癌中的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测原发性胆囊癌中cyclinE蛋白的表达。结果cyclinE蛋白在原发性胆囊癌中的阳性表达率为 5 9 0 9% (2 6 / 44 ) ,明显高于良性病变 (P <0 0 5 ) ;cyclinE蛋白在肿瘤分级中差异有显著意义(P <0 0 5 ) ;在Nevin分期中早期明显低于晚期 (P <0 0 5 ) ;有癌转移者明显高于未转移者 (P <0 0 5 )。结论cyclinE蛋白在原发性胆囊癌发生、发展中起重要的作用 ,可作为原发性胆囊癌的生物学标记物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluated the expression and significance of the cyclin E protein in primary carcinoma of gallbladder.(P C G).Methods The expression of the cyclin E protein in primary gallbladder carcinoma was tested by immunohistochemical Sp staining.Results The positive expression rates of cyclin E in primary gallbladder carcinama was 59.09% (26/44), which was higher than benign lesion of gallbladder (P<0.05).The expression level of cyclin E protein was presented a significant difference in the pathological grade (P<0.05).The positive rates in early stage was lower than late stage ones (P<0.05),and nonmetastatic cases were lower than metastatic cases (P<0.05). Conclusion The cyclin E protein plays an important role in the development and progression of primary gallbladder carcinoma and may be used as a tumor marker for primary gallbladder carcinoma.更多还原
