【摘要】 目的观察汉丹肝乐对大鼠贮脂细胞增殖的影响 ,探讨其抗肝纤维化作用机理。方法用链蛋白酶和胶原酶原位灌注 ,Nycodenz密度梯度离心分离大鼠肝贮脂细胞 ,并以四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)比色法观察汉丹肝乐对贮脂细胞增殖效应。结果汉丹肝乐可影响贮脂细胞的增殖 ,其浓度在180～ 72 0 μg ml时对贮脂细胞有抑制作用 (P <0 0 5 ) ,浓度≤ 90 μg ml时对贮脂细胞增殖无明显抑制作用 (P <0 0 5 )。结论汉丹肝乐发挥抗肝纤维化作用 ,作用机理之一是抑制贮脂细胞增殖更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of handanganle on the proliferation of fatstoring cell of mouse liver and knowing it’s mechanism action of antihepatic fibrosis. Method With orthotopic perfusion proteinaseE and collagenase, separation and centrifugating fatstoring cell of mouse by nycodenz density grandient, using MTT colorimetric method th observe the effect of Handanganle on proliferation of fat storing cell. Result Handanganle has the effect on the proliferation of fatstoring cell, when the concentration was 180720μg/mlt, it may has the function to suppress the fatstoring cell (P<0.05),when the concentration was <90μg/ml, it has no obvious suppression function on the proliferation of fatstoring cell (P>0.05).Conclusions Handanganle has the function to antihepatic fibrosis, One of the mechanism action was to suppress the proliferation of fatstoring cell.更多还原
