用预泵浦技术实现Cr4+、Nd3+双掺YAG激光器自调Q可控输出
SELF Q-SWITCHED CONTROLLABLE OUTPUT OF LD PUMPED Cr4+,Nd3+ CODOPED YAG LASER USING PRE-PUMPING METHOD
【摘要】 对 LD泵浦 Cr4 + 、Nd3+ 双掺 YAG自调 Q激光器进行了研究 ,在连续泵浦和脉冲泵浦下获得了 1 .0 64 μm调 Q偏振激光脉冲输出 ,脉冲宽度 (FWHM)为 3 0 ns,单脉冲能量为 0 .5 μJ.采用直流预泵浦技术使 Q开关时间的不确定度从× 1 0 ms减小到 5 μs左右 ,并使激光 Q脉冲重复率从 1 k Hz提高到近 1 7k Hz,该方法也同样适用于其它被动调 Q激光器 .
【Abstract】 L D pumped Cr4 + ,Nd3+ codoped YAG laser is studied in this paper,Self Q-switched polar- ized laseroutputwasobtained with 3 0 ns pulsewidth (FWHM) and 0 .5μJpulseenergy undercontinu- ous wave pumping and pulse pumping.Furthermore using currentpre-pumping method,the uncertatin time of passive Q switch wasreduced from several ten milliseconds to about5 microseconds,stable and controllable laser pulse outputup to about1 7k Hzwasgot.This technique is also useful forotherpas- sive Q-switched lasers.
