甘蔗叶绿素a荧光参数对干旱胁迫的响应

【摘要】 干旱胁迫下蔗叶荧光参数Fv/Fm、 Fv/Fo、△ Fv/Ft、T1/2均明显降低,表明干旱胁迫使蔗叶光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)原初光能转换效率、PSⅡ潜在活性、潜在光合作用活力受到抑制;研究还表明干旱胁迫下蔗叶荣光淬灭(△Fv值)减慢,可变荧光淬灭速率(△Pv/Fo)和光合量子产额(Yield)降低,说明干旱胁迫直接影响了光合作用的电子传递和二氧化碳同化过程。

【Abstract】 The decrease of Fv/Fm (the ratio of the variable to maximal fluorescence), Fv /Fo(the ratio of the variable to minimal fluorescence), T1/2(the time in ms from the point Fo to the point on the rising curve corresponding to 1/2 Fv), △Fv/Ft suggested that the efficiency of primary light energy conversion of photosystem Ⅱ (PSⅡ ), the potential activities of PS Ⅱand the potential photosynthetic activities, ere decreased under drought stress. The decrease of variable fluorescence quenching (△Fv values ), variable fluorescence quenching rate (△Fv/Fo values) and quantum yield of photosynthesis (Yield=Fds/Fms) also implied the inhibition of photosynthetic electron transport and the carbon assimilation when the leaves exposed to drought stress.
