广东省高校老年人健康状况与自我保健对策
Tatics of self-health Care of the old People of Several Universities of Guangdong Province
【摘要】 根据广东高校老年人呼吸、平衡功能 ,柔韧性素质等随年龄增大 ,其衰退现象较明显 ,患慢性疾病占 4 6%等状况 ,提出适量运动 ,均衡营养 ,稳定情绪 ,合理用脑 ,良好生活规律和卫生习惯五项自我保健对策 ,旨为提高健康水平 ,以适应时代要求。
【Abstract】 According to the health condition such as respiration,balance ability,flexbility decline with age among the old people in several universites of Guang_dong,and the people who have chronic drsease account for 46 perceat of the total population,this article point out 5 tatics for the old’s self_healthcare They are:moderate amount physical exercese,balance nutrition,steady motion,reasonable mental work and good life and hygiene habit These can realize the aim of improving the quality of life and making the old more and more healthy
