【Abstract】 The post-cold-war world situation shows a relaxed tendency,and peace and development have become the mainstream of the international affairs. However,in order to carry out its global strategies, the US not only clings to but has also fortified the Japan-US Defense System, which was brought about by the cold war,instead of giving it up, in that, 1)both the region and space of Japan-US military cooperation have been enlarged;2)not only the fields but also the range of Japan-US military cooperation has been widened,and 3) the restraints of the “Constitution of Japan” and the supervision of the Japanese congress have both been broken down.This has caused an great adverse impact on Sino-Japan relations at the turn of the century,for:1)it hinders the development of Sino-Japan relations,2)adds precariousness to the development of Sion-Japan relations, and 3)sets dangerous mine-areas for it.更多还原
