【Abstract】 Contrary to some scholars’ oppinions at home and abroad in recent years that New Cultural Movement was totally counter—traditional, this paper tries to prove that it was not the case, but that its advocates took advantage of the splendid traditional culture to establish a new one with a large number of contrary facts.
