植物多功能特效营养素对农作物增产效果及机理研究
Exploration mechanism of increasing crop yield by SPNE
【摘要】 植物多功能特效营养素又叫SPNE ,SPNE有多种生化成份 ,对植物有营养、激活及促进植物生长发育的多种功能。它已广泛用于农业、林业、园林生产 ,大幅度提高蔬菜、果树、粮食、棉花、茶叶等多种作物产量和显著改善品质 ,它能促进植物生根、苗木快速生长。它能提高植物组织培养的出愈率、芽分化率、绿苗率、生根率。以不同作物 ,不同品种为材料 ,用SPNE进行不同类型、不同方式的处理。结果表明 ,仅用SPNE3浸种能提高发芽率和产量 ,仅用SPNE2喷施也能提高产量 ,而用SPNE3浸种后播种 ,再用SPNE2喷施植株 ,增产辐度最高。使用SPNE后所引起的各种表型的改变涉及到植物内在的生理生化过程的变化 ,其原因又在于与植物生理相关基因的表达调控的改变。为了研究SPNE诱导的基因表达的差异 ,我们采用差异显示技术 (differ entialdisplay) ,从基因转录水平探测经SPNE处理的辣椒幼苗基因产物的差别 ,实验证实SPNE确实可诱导基因的差别表达 ,使某些基因活化表达。将水稻常规品种用SPNE处理后的种子和对照的种子在同样条件下进行发芽 ,生长试验 ,结果表明 ,用SPNE处理后的优良性状能通过种子传递给下一代 ,即经SPNE处理后活化的基因在下一代中不再沉默 ,仍能表达。
【Abstract】 SPNE contains various biochemical ingredients. There are many functions for plant growing, nutrition, activity and regulation. It has already been used for production of agriculture、forestry and gardens,increasing crop yield and improving quality greatly. It can be used for plant rooting and growing quickly. It can also be used for raising efficiency of plant tissue culture. Seeds soaked by SPNE3 then germinate more and strong than contrast. The seedling sprayed by SPNE2 then increases yield more than contrast. These phenotype should contact with relative genes. We take genes differential display technology for research genes different from contrast by SPNE treated hot pepper. Results show that genes different from contrast are true.Conventional rice seeds from treatment and contrast are germinated under the same condition. The seedling treated on last generation is still stronger than contrast. It means the excellent properties by SPNE passed to next generation through seeds.
