M/P的Schottky结光伏吸收模型研究
Cluster model in Schottky junction of M/P structure
【摘要】 报告了M/P的Schottky结光伏吸收特性,给出对应介层的原子团蔟新模型,较好地解释了实验结果。
【Abstract】 The recent results of the photovoltaic effects in Schottky Junction of Metal/porous(M/P)structure are reported in the paper. We have given a new theory model in atom clus-ter form by which the experiment results can be explained perfectly.
