【摘要】 本文从环境保护、废物资源利用的角度出发，以味精生产中废水经处理后产生的离交干粉为研究对象，将其深加到仔猪的饲料中。离交干粉中含有粗蛋白含量为９７．２６％，粗脂肪为２．９％，粗纤维为１９．２％，灰分５．５７％。其中粗蛋白主要以铵态氮形式出现和１３．５７％游离氨基酸组成。以动物营养学、饲料学的原理为基础，根据国家对仔猪饲喂营养需要。的标准，设计出２种分别添加离交干粉９．３８％和１０．５１％的全价配合饲料配方，将其制成颗粒状全价饲料，并对２１头活体仔猪进行为期２８天的生物活性试验。添加９．３８％离交干粉的１＃料饲喂结果表明，１＃料安全无不良反应，猪均增重０．６４９ｋｇ／ｄ、头，耗料 １．６１０ｋｇ／ｄ、头，料肉比为 ２．４８，同正大５５１料饲喂效果接近。而其成本却比正大 ５５１低 ５７元／吨。试验证明：离交干粉完全可以作为饲料的一组成部分添加到全价配合饲料中，使其变废为宝，产生显著的经济效益和社会效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper dealt with the treatment of monosodium glutamate [MSG] waste water for environmental protection and utilizing waste material. The powder byproduct from MSG waste water - CEDP was tested as a diet supplement to piglets. CEDP contained 97. 26% crude protein, 2. 9% crude fat, 19. 2% crude fiber,5. 57% mineral. Crude protein was mainly made up of NH4- N and 13. 57% free amino acids. On the basis of the theories of animal mutriology and feed,two kinds of feeds added 9. 38% and 10. 51 % of CEDP were designed according to the piglet nutrition standard. In 28 - day feeding bioactivity experiments on 21 piglets,the result of the 1 # feed added 9. 38% CEDP was proved safe and no unwell reaction,weight gain was 0. 649 kg/d. head, feed consumption was 1. 610 kg/d. head, the ratio of feed to meat was 2. 48, which was close to Thailand CP551 feed for piglets,while the cost of 1 # feed was lower than that of CP551 feed. These results showed that CEDP could be not only added to formula feed to create economic benefits, but also recycled waste material to create social benefits.更多还原
