海拔4300m世居藏族和移居汉族青年氧自由基代谢对比研究
THE COMPARATIVE STUDY OF FREE RADICAL METABOLISM OF YOUTHS IN NATIVE TIBETANS AND MIGRATED HANS AT 4 300m ALTITUDE
【摘要】 目的 :探讨高原世居藏族和移居汉族青年体内自由基代谢的差异 ;方法 :对世居西藏阿里地区的 2 0名藏族士兵和移居该地区的 2 0名汉族士兵检测红细胞压积 (HCT)、红细胞超氧化物歧化酶 (RBC -SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA)、全血和血浆谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GHS -PX)、维生素C(Vc)和维生素E(VE)的活性或含量 ;结果 :世居藏族青年RBC -SOD、血浆GHS -PX活性和VE 含量均高于移居汉族青年 (P <0 .0 1和P <0 .0 1) ,HCT和MDA均低于移居汉族青年 (P <0 .0 1和P <0 .0 5 ) ,全血GHS -PX和Vc藏族虽高于汉族 ,但无统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;结论 :推测高原世居藏族人体内自由基代谢相对平衡和稳定 ,可能是遗传适应基础在高原低氧环境的一种表现形式。
【Abstract】 To study the difference of free radical metabolism between native Tibdeans and migratde Hans at high altiude.Methods:40 soldiers (20 native tibetans and 20 migrated hans) at 4 300m altiude were included in this study.Activity of Hb,RBC-SOD,MDA,GHS-PX,Vit-E and Vit-C were measured using a spectrophotometer made in Shanghai.Results:Level of RBC-SOD,GHS-PX and Vit-E innative groupwere higher than that in migrated group(P<0.01 and P<0.001),contrary on HCT and MDA (P<0.001 and P<0.05),no stetistical significance on GHS-PX and Vit-C(P>0.05)in both group.Conclusion:The metabolism of free radical in native altitude tibetans is more stable,it could be a expression of hereditary adaptation to hypoxia.
