不同海拔高度健康青年尿SOD和血乳酸的变化

【摘要】 探讨某部队健康青年进驻不同海拔高度尿超氧化物歧化酶 (U -SOD)和血清乳酸 (BLA)的变化 ;方法 :选择从平原进驻海拔 3 70 0m ,5 0 70m和 5 380m第 10天的某部青年 ,分别进行U -SOD和BLA的含量检测 ,并以平原海拔 14 0 0m健康青年作对照 ;结果 :发现海拔 3 70 0m、5 0 70m、5 380m较 14 0 0m的U -SOD活性和BLA的含量降低与增加相差非常显著 (P <0 .0 1)。海拔 5 0 70m、5 380m较 3 70 0m的U -SOD活性和BLA降低与增加非常显著 (P <0 .0 1)。而海拔 5 380m较 5 0 70mSOD的活性相差不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,BLA逐步增加非常显著 (P <0 .0 1) ;结论 :海拔越高 ,机体缺氧愈加严重是引起U -SOD活性下降和BLA增加的主要原因。

【Abstract】 To assay the changes of uric SOD and serum lactic acid in healthy youths at different altitude.Methods:Thirty subjects (mean age 19.5yr)were selected from lowland.They were healthy before exposed altitude.All youths were studied at lowland(1 400m,control group)and with 10 subjects each at 3 700m,5 070m and 5 380m altitude on the 10th day going to altitude separately.Level of uric SOD and serum lactic acid (BLA) were determined by colorimetric analysis. Results:With the altitude increased,the level of uric SOD and BLA significantly decreased and increased (P<0.01) separately by compared with that at lowland. There is a greatly difference(P<0.01) between higher altitude and 3 700m altitude on decreased SOD and increased BLA.Decreased uric SOD at 5 380m altitude had no a obviously changes(P>0.05) compared with that at 5 070m, on the contrary,the increased BLA(P<0.01).Conclusion:Higher altitude environment can result in more serious hypoxia,which would cause decreased uric SOD and increased BLA in healthy youths.
