【摘要】 目的 :探讨 10户鼻咽癌高发家庭 79人 EB病毒感染情况。方法 :应用免疫酶法测定血清中抗体。结果 :他们的Ig G/ VCA抗体均阳性 ,其 Ig A / VCA抗体阳性率为 5 7% (较我县普查的阳性率 2 .6 %高 ) ,Ig G/ EA抗体阳性率为 2 7.9% ,Ig A / EA阳性率为 13.9% ,均在较高水平上。鼻咽癌患者抗体的阳性率和 GMT较家属非癌成员为高。结论 :鼻咽癌高发家庭存在着 EB病毒普遍感染 ,有较高的抗体滴度。更多还原
