【摘要】 目的 :了解改良式筋膜内子宫切除术优点。方法 :采用改良式筋膜内子宫切除术 5 8例 (试验组 )及经腹筋膜外子宫切除术 5 0例 (对照组 )相互比较。结果 :试验组术中出血量 (16 9.14± 82 .38)及手术时间 (111.41± 2 0 .0 2 ) ml明显低于对照组 (2 84.6 0± 2 0 4.5 4) m l及 (15 1.16± 35 .2 2 ) m l,P<0 .0 1,术后肛门排气时间明显短于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :改良式筋膜内子宫切除术 ,操作简便 ,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To find out the value of improved intra fascial hysterectomy Method:58 patients received therapy of excision of improved intra fascial hysterectomy(experimental group) As control 50 patients received therapy of out fascial hysterectomy Results:The average amount of bleeding in experimental group was 169 14±82 38ml and operation time was 111 41±20 02min in much less than that in control group(284 60±204 54ml and 151 16±35 22 min)(P<0 01) Post operation anal exhaust in experiment group was significant quicker than that in control group(P<0 01) Conclusion:Improved intra fascial hysterectomy is simple and convenient更多还原
