【摘要】 目的 :探讨经颅多普勒超声 (TCD)在诊断蛛网膜下腔出血 (SAH)后脑血管痉挛 (CVS)中的作用。方法 :总结我科 1992年以来 30例 SAH病人的 TCD检测结果。结果 :颅内血管血流速度明显增高 ,迟发性缺血性神经功能缺损(DID)发生的比率增加。结论 :TCD测定颅内血管的血流速度和 PI值对于早期诊断 SAH后 CVS,预防 DID是很有帮助的更多还原
