【摘要】 目的 :探讨肝癌冷冻对机体免疫功能的影响。方法 :对 34例肝癌患者冷冻前后细胞免疫及体液免疫进行了检测 ,并与 30例正常对照组进行比较。结果 :冷冻前患者细胞免疫及体液免疫功能均有不同程度的损害 ,冷冻治疗后患者的细胞免疫及体液免疫功能均较冷冻前显著改善 ,部分指标达到或接近正常对照组。结论 :冷冻治疗对肝癌患者的细胞免疫及体液免疫功能的恢复均具有一定的调节作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the role of liver cryosurgery affecting immunologic function in patients with primary liver cancer Method:The level of NKC,T lymphocyte subsets,sIL 2R and serum immunoglobulins was tested in 34 patients with primary liver cancer during pre and post cryosurgery Results:In the patients of pre cryosurgery the level of cellular and humoral immunity was imblance,and in patients of post cryotherapy,was significantly improved Conclusion:Cryosurgery can accommodate cellular and humoral immunity in the patients with primary liver cancer更多还原
