【摘要】 目的 :通过 CT表现特征判断中晚期甲癌的病理类型 ,为临床制定正确的治疗方案提供依据。方法 :对比分析 36例不同病理类型中晚期甲癌的原发灶 CT表现类型、周围结构侵犯、淋巴结转移灶等的 CT表现特点。结果 :(1)原发灶 CT表现属局限型者多为滤泡癌 ;CT表现属混合型者多为混合癌及未分化癌。 (2 )最易侵犯腺外结构者属未分化癌 ,其次是滤泡癌和混合癌 ;外侵比例最少者为乳头状癌。 (3)不同病理类型甲癌淋巴结转移灶亦具有不同 CT表现特点 ;甲癌原发灶及转移淋巴结灶内钙化特点与甲癌的病理类型无明确关系。结论 :不同病理类型甲癌的原发灶 CT分型、周围结构侵犯、淋巴结转移灶等的 CT表现特点均有所不同 ;掌握其 CT特点 ,有助于判断中晚期甲癌的病理类型 ,为临床制定正确的治疗方案提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To estimate pathological types of advanced thyroid carcinoma through CT features Methods:CT features,invasion of adjacent structure and lymph nodes metastasis of thyroid carcinoma of 36 cases were studied Result:①Follicular carcinoma were mostly local types and mixed and undifferentiated carcinoma were mostly mixed types in CT appearances ②The adjacent structure of thyroid carcinoma was most easily invaded in undifferentiated carcinoma,and the following was follicular and mixed carcinoma ③Lymph node metastasis of different pathological types of thyroid carcinoma show different CT appearances There was no correlation between pathological types and calcification feature in primary and lymph node metastasis focus in thyroid carcinoma Conclusion:Not all the CT types of primary focus,invasion of adjacent structure and lymph node metastasis in different pathological types of thyroid carcinoma show the same CT features Mastering the CT appearances are useful to estimate pathological types of advanced thyroid carcinoma and to offer correct therapy for clinic更多还原
