小鼠多噻烷急性中毒的解毒研究
Studies on Antidotes against Acute Poisoning of Polythiacycaoalkanes (PCTA)in Mice
【摘要】 为研究多噻烷急性中毒的解毒药物 ,首先建立小鼠多噻烷急性中毒模型 :给小鼠 50 %的多噻烷 2 50mg/kg(LD50 189 3mg/kg) ,经口灌胃染毒 ,使其引起重度中毒 ,选用 16种药物 ,以不同的剂量、时间和途径给药。结果表明 :依地酸二钠钙 (CaNa2 EDTA)、二氯化钴、硝酸钴、氢溴酸东茛菪碱、二巯基丙磺酸钠 (DMPS)、枸橼酸铁铵、氢化可的松加维生素C加 10 %葡萄糖等均有解毒作用。提示小鼠多噻烷急性中毒可用多种药物解毒 ,其中以依地酸二钠钙、二氯化钴、硝酸钴、氢溴酸东茛菪碱等效果最佳。
【Abstract】 To study on antidotal medicines to acute poisoning of PCTA in mice, the model of acute PCTA poisoning of mice was established by administering PCTA to mice orally 250mg/kg b.w.(LD 50 189 3 mg/kg). Sixteen kinds of drugs as possible antidotes were administered respectively to the mice at different dosages and time, and by different ways. Antidotal effects against PCTA posioning were shown by calcium EDTA, cobalt dichloride, cobalt nitrate, scopolamini hydrobromide, sodium dimercaptopropanesulphonate (DMPS),ammonium ferric citrate,hydrocortisone plus vitamin C and 10% glucose,L-dopa plus benzhexol hydrochloride. Mice with acute PCTA poisoning can be detoxified by several drugs,among which calcium EDTA,cobalt dichlorid,cobalt nitrate and scopolamini hydrobromide have the best antidotal effects.
