【摘要】 为探讨特异性IgG和总IgG的相关性 ,用常规方法检测多份血清总IgG、抗核抗体(ANA)、抗双链DNA抗体 (dsDNA)、抗盐水可提取核抗原 (ENA)抗体、巨细胞病毒 (CMV)特异性抗体、单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型 (HSV Ⅰ )特异性抗体及抗链球菌溶血素“0”抗体 (ASO)和抗“H”。结果显示 :两种自身抗体 (ANA ,抗ENA抗体 )及CMV抗体各阳性组总IgG水平明显高于各阴性组 ,有显著性差异 ;Sm和 (或 )dsDNA阳性血清的总IgG水平与 2种疱疹病毒抗体检测的P/N值呈正相关更多还原

【Abstract】 To discuss the correlation of total IgG to special IgG ,total IgG,ANA,anti dsDNA Ab,anti ENA Ab,anti CMV Ab and anti HIV ⅠAb of 107 serums were detected by routine methods. ASO and anti-“H" together with their total IgG were also detected.The results showed that the total IgG of two autoantibodies (ANA,anti-ENA Ab)and anti-CMV Ab in positive groups were significantly higher than those in the negative groups.The positive correlation of total IgG of Sm or ds DNA positive sera to P/N value of two herpes virus was observed as well.更多还原
