【摘要】 在M 550毒性研究之一的基础上进一步做亚慢性皮肤毒性试验 ( 90d) ,以了解M 550在较长时间内 ,少量、多次、反复作用下 ,是否经皮渗透及引起全身不良反应。结果 :一般情况良好 ;涂药皮肤无任何刺激反应 ;体重、血象、肝、肾功能及脏器系数等实验各组与对照组比较差异不显著 (P >0 0 5) ;皮肤及脏器无特殊病理改变。结果表明 ,调理剂M 550重复使用不经皮肤吸收 ,对皮肤亦无刺激作用更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of the studies in the toxicity of conditioner M550(Pat One),further researches on the subchronic dermal toxicity of conditioner M550 were perfonned for 90 days in order to know whether condtioner M550 could be absorbed through the skin and then had toxic effect on the whole body after it was administered to the skin of animals at low dosage repeatedly for many times.The results showed that,after administration,the general condition of the animals was good while no dermal irritation and special pathological changes in skin and viscera were found.The results also showed that,after administration,there were no significant differences (P>0 05)between the treated groups and the controls in body weight,hemogram,visceral coeflicients and hepatic and renal functions. Therefor,it is suggested by the above results that,even repeated administration,M550 cannot be absorbed through skin and cannot cause demal irritation.更多还原
