【摘要】 为了解调理剂M5 5 0的毒性 ,对其进行了系列的毒性试验。结果表明 ,大鼠急性经口、经皮的最大耐受剂量 >3 0 g/kg体重 (按有效成分计 ) ;家兔皮肤刺激试验 :原液组和 4%应用液组对皮肤无刺激作用 ;家兔眼粘膜刺激试验 :原液组对粘膜有明显的刺激作用 ,应用液组有轻度的刺激作用 ;豚鼠皮肤变态反应试验 :原液组无皮肤过敏反应 ;致突变试验 :Ames试验、小鼠微核试验及精子畸形试验均为阴性。以上结果表明M 5 5 0为低毒、对皮肤无刺激、无致敏反应、无致突变作用 ,是一种较为理想的调理剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to know the toxicity of a kind of conditioner called M550 in this paper,the systematic toxicity of M550 was studied according to the Procedure and Methods of Safety Evaluation for Cosmetics(GB-7919-87).The results showed.(1)the acute oral or dermal maximum tolerance dose(MTD)of M550 for rats was more than3.0 g(of effective ingredient)/Kg b.w;(2)the crude soltion of M550 and 4% solution(applied solution)of M550 could not cause dermal irritation in rabbits;(3)the crude M550 solution could cause obvious irritation while the 4% M550 solutionn caused slight irritation to rabbits’ eye mucosas;(4)M550 could not cause any dermal allergy in cavia cobaya; and (5)the results of the mutagenicity Test: Ames Test, marrow micronucleus test and sperm deformity test in mice were all negative. Therefor,it is suggested by the above results that M550 had low toxicity but no mutagenicity, and could not cause irritation or allergy to skin at the concentration of 4% solution and that M550 is a good conditioner.更多还原
