【摘要】 为探讨运动试验诱发心肌缺血时QT离散度 (QTd)及QTc离散度 (QTcd)变化的机制及临床意义 ,观察 4 0例老年人运动前后QTd及QTcd。结果显示 :阳性组 2 2例 ,阴性组 18例。运动前两组间无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5)。运动后与运动前比较 ,阴性组差异仍无显著性 (P >0 0 5) ,而阳性组QTd及QTcd增大 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。运动后两组间差异亦有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。认为运动试验诱发老年人心肌缺血时 ,其QTd、QTcd显著增大 ,可作为判断运动试验阳性的一个参考指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the mechanism and clinical significance of the changes of QTd and QTcd in the cardiac ischemia induced by the treadmill exercise test, 40 old people divided into two groups were observevd before and after the exercise. It was found that before the test was performed there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of QTd and QTcd (P>0 05) After the exercise, however, QTd and QTcd in the positive group increased significantly(P<0 01) compared with those in the same group before the test, whereas no significant changes were shown in the negative group (P>0 05). Significant changes also occurred between the two groups after the exercise. The results suggest that in the aged people with cardiac ischemia evoked by the treadmill exercise QTd and QTcd increased significantly and that these could be used as an index in judging whether the exercise test is positive.更多还原
