【摘要】 应用PCR技术和ELISA间接法对贵阳地区 2 86对母婴配对血清进行巨细胞病毒 (CMV)和单纯疱疹病毒 (HSV)DNA和特异性IgM、IgG抗体检测。结果表明贵阳地区产妇CMV、HSV特异性IgG抗体阳性率分别为 85 6 7%和 80 77% ;新生儿血清CMV、HSV特异性IgG抗体阳性率为82 87%和 76 92 %。而产妇血清CMV、HSV1,2 DNA检出率分别为 12 2 4 %、9 79%和 6 2 9% ;新生儿脐血CMV、HSV1,2 DNA检出率分别为 7 34% ,6 57%和 4 2 0 %。新生儿脐血CMV、HSV特异性IgM抗体阳性率分别为 5 2 4 %、4 55%。证实CMV、HSV确实可以经胎盘传播给胎儿。更多还原

【Abstract】 The DNA fragments and the antibodies of IgM and IgG against CMV and HSV in the serum from 286 couples of puerperas and thier newborn’s umbilical cords were assayed by PCR and ELISA respectively. The DNA fragments and the specific antibodies IgM, IgG against CMV and HSV were detected. The results showed that the infectious rates of CMV and HSV in the puerperas were 85 67% and 80.77%;the positive ratas of the specific IgG against CMV and HSV in the serum from the newborm were 82 87% and 76.92%;the postive rates of the DNA of CMV and HSV 1,2 in the serum from the puerperas were 12.24%,9 79% and 6.29%; in the group of newborns were 7.34%,6 57% and 4.40%,respectively. The specific antibodies IgM against CMV and HSV in the group of newborn were 5.24% and 4.55%. It suggested that the specific antibody IgG in newborn serum against CMV and HSV from the mother could not prevent the transmission of CMV and HSV through placenta.更多还原
