【摘要】 为探讨有机磷农药对作业女工生殖机能的影响 ,采用职业流行病学方法对 2 6 4例有机磷农药作业女工及 116例非有机磷农药作业女工进行了生殖机能 (月经异常、不良妊娠结局 )调查。结果显示 ,接触组女工月经先兆症状如乳房胀痛、嗜睡、失眠、乏力、烦躁不安的发生率显著高于对照组 ,接触组女工月经异常率显著高于对照组 ,其中以月经量少最为显著 ,但与工龄无线性相关 ,并且接触组的不良妊娠结局显著高于对照组。提示有机磷农药对作业女工生殖机能有不良影响更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the reproductive effects in female workers exposed to organophosphorus insecticides,the reproductive functions including irregular menstruation and abnormal reproductive outcome of 264 exposed workers and 116 unexposed female workers were investigated with occupational epidemiological method.The results showed that the incidences of distending pain of the breast,somnolence,insomnia,fatigue at premenorrhea phase and irregular menstruation were significantly higher in exposed workers than those in unexposed workers.Among them,hypomenorrhea is most distinctive,however,no linear relationship was found between the abnormality of menstruation and the working age.The abnormal reproductive outcome was also significantly higher in exposed group than that of the control.It suggested that organophosphorus insecticides could induce adverse effects on female workers reproductive functions.更多还原
