几种制剂抗氧化与清除自由基效应的比较研究
Comparative Study on Anti Oxidation and Scavenging Effects on Free Radicals of Some Chemicals
【摘要】 利用改良的硫代巴比妥酸(TBA)分光光度法研究知母宁、单宁酸与螺旋藻对电离辐射所致小鼠组织脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量升高的抑制作用;采用ESR技术研究上述三种制剂清除电离辐射所致自由基的作用。研究发现,知母宁与螺旋藻的抗氧化作用较单宁酸佳,而对于清除自由基作用以知母宁与单宁酸比螺旋藻好
【Abstract】 Effects on the changes of the contents of lipid peroxides(LPO)in the mouse tissues induced by γ irradiation of chinonin,tannic acid and spirulina by the modified spectrophotometry of TBA were observed,and the scavenging effects on the free radicals caused by radiation of the three chemicals by method of ESR were also investigated. Through the comparative study,the results showed that chinonin and spirulina had better anti oxidizing effects than that of tannic acid,but the scavenging efficacy on free radicals on free radicals of chinonin and tannic acid was better than that of spirulina.
