【摘要】 从土样中分离到 60株分泌胞外壳聚糖酶的菌株 ,经过筛选 ,其中有 1株细菌产酶能力较高。生理生化试验鉴定该细菌为假单胞菌 (Pseudomonassp .)。对假单胞菌产酶的培养条件研究结果表明 :最适培养基组分为 (g/L) :壳聚糖 5 ,氨基葡萄糖 2 ,硝酸氨 2 ,MgSO4·7H2 O 0 .5 ,KH2 PO40 .4,KCL 0 .5 ,FeSO4·7H2 O 0 .0 1 ,起始pH 6.5 ;适宜培养条件是 :接种量 2 .0× 1 0 7个 /5 0ml培养液 ,2 8℃ ,1 2 0r/min振荡培养 3d。更多还原

【Abstract】 strains secreting extracellular chitosanase were isolated from soils samples. One of bacteria possessed considerably high chitosanolytic activity and it was characterized as Pseudomonas sp.by physiological and biochemical techniques.The optimal conditions for producing chitosanase by Pseudomonas sp.VIIIT39 were as follows:proper medium composition(g/L): chitosan 5, glucosamine 2, MgSO 4·7H 2O 0.5, KH 2PO 4 0.4, KCL 0.5, FeSO 4·7H 2O 0.01, the initial pH 6.5; the proper culture conditions: inoculation size 2.0×10 7 cells/50 ml medium, 28℃, shaking at 120 r/min for 3 days.更多还原
