【Abstract】 Using a 7 liter self controlled fermentator, the effects of the main parameters such as inoculation, pH, and dissolved oxygen on the fermentation of D ribose by Bacillus subtilis D 202 were studied.The results indicated that by controlling post exponentially phase inoculum, gluconic acid fed batch and adjusting the pH value at about 7.2, dissolved oxygen concentration at about 40%, the D ribose productivity was increased from 45 g/L to 65 g/L .更多还原
