微生物中L-肉碱的酶法测定
Determination of L-carnitine in microorganisms by enzymatic method
【摘要】 研究了用肉碱乙酰基转移酶、5 .5’ 二硫 2 硝基苯甲酸 (DTNB)测定微生物中L 肉碱含量的方法 ,结果表明该法具有精确、重现性好等特点 ,适用于测定微生物中L 肉碱的含量。
【Abstract】 The enzymatic (DTNB) method was applied to determine L?carnitine content of microorganism cells.The optimal conditions were established.Results indicated that the method was accurate,reliable and convenient.
