【摘要】 主要论述了微生物絮凝剂的提纯及应用研究。絮凝剂产生菌Azomonassp .的发酵液经离心沉淀后 ,其上清液经丙酮萃取、乙醚洗涤和冷冻干燥得到了絮凝剂产品。废水絮凝实验表明 ,该菌种所产絮凝剂不仅絮凝效果明显 ,而且具有良好的脱色性能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purification and application of bioflocculant are reported. The bioflocculant is isolated by ultra centrifugation, extraction with acetone, abstertion with aether and desiccation.
