平表面垂直圆射流冷却换热模拟的k-ε模型研究
Research of k-ε Model for Simulating the Heat Transfer of a Round Air Jet Impinging Vertically on Plane Surface
【摘要】 针对气体圆射流垂直冲击平板表面换热问题 ,通过理论分析与实验提出了一种新的不依赖特定壁面函数的 k-ε模型修正方案 ,提高了模拟分析中数值格式的结构性和便利性。通过实例的模拟运算 ,发现随边界层网格精度的提高 ,模拟结果渐趋稳定 ,并与相应的实验数据进行比较 ,结果吻合较好 ,说明了修正模型的合理性
【Abstract】 In respect to the heat transfer of the round air jet impinging vertically on plane surface,a modified k ε model not depending on special wall functions is presented based on theoretical analysis and experiments,so that the model will be applied more generally and conveniently.By the simulation of real instances,it is found that the simulating results are getting steady with the meshes in boundary layers fined and have better agreement with the experimental data,and then the reasonability of the modified model is proved.
