井式加热炉炉膛温度均匀性模型与仿真分析
Model and Simulation of the Furnace Temperature Uniformity of Pit Type Heating Furnace
【摘要】 根据射孔器材耐高温高压试验装置的技术要求 ,设计了井式双循环电加热炉系统 ,建立了该加热炉炉膛传热过程的数学模型。通过仿真 ,分析了该加热系统工艺参数对沿程温度场分布均匀性的影响 ,为高精度控制该装置高温高压釜内的油温度起到了很好的指导和预测作用。在实际测量中验证了该模型计算的有效性 ,该模型对类似井式加热炉问题的研究具有一定的推广价值。
【Abstract】 The pit type electric heating furnace with double circulations is designed according to the technical requirements resistant to high temperature and super high pressure of the equipment for testing perforator. The heat transfer mathematic model of the furnace chamber is established. The temperature field distribution along the chamber line is analyzed by simulation. As a result, guidance and predictive effect for accurately controlling of the temperature of this heating system are provided. The reliability of the model is tested and verified.
