【Abstract】 By analyzing the manufacturing market environmnt, this paper holds that the main problem the manufacturing indusny is facing is how to allocate the manufacturing resources to adapt to the changing market , and the foundation to solve this problem is to dissociate resources investing decision-making with product manufacturing decision-making.
