【摘要】 目的 :从鸦胆子油中提取分离对尖锐湿疣有活性的成分。方法 :采用溶剂萃取和硅胶柱层析分离 ;体外抑菌、抑滴虫试验观察抗菌、抗滴虫作用 ;小鼠皮下注射组胺观察对瘙痒的影响 ;热板法观察对小鼠的镇痛作用 ;用巴豆油致小鼠耳廓肿胀观察抗炎作用。结果 :鸦胆子油部分Ⅱ ,Ⅲ对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、白色念珠菌、溶血性链球菌、淋球菌都具有较强的抗菌作用和较强的抗阴道滴虫作用 ;并具有一定的镇痛、止痒、抗炎作用。结论 :鸦胆子油中部分Ⅱ ,Ⅲ为其治疗尖锐湿疣的活性成分更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: To extract and separate from Brucea Javanica oil the ingredients that are active to pointed condyloma. Methods: The active ingredients were extracted with solvent and separated with silica gel column through chromatography. Then bacteriostatic and trichomonadsatic tests in vitro were made to observe the antibacterial and anti-trichomonad effects. Subcutaneous injections of histamine were also given to mice to see the reaction to pruritus or itching. The hot-plate method was applied to observe the analgesic effects on mice and by making the mice auricle turgescent with croton oil, the observation on anti-inflammatory effects was also made. Results: Part II and Part III in the Brucea Javanica oil had considerably strong antibacterial effects on staphylococcus aureus, bacillus coli, pseudomonas aeruginosa, candida albicans, hemolytic streptococcus, diplococcus gonorrhoeae and trichomonasi vaginalis. Their anti-analgesic, anti-pruritic and anti-inflammatory effects were also found in the oil. Conclusions: Part II and III in the Brucea Javanica oil is considered to be the active ingredients in treating pointed condyloma.更多还原
