【摘要】 目的 :探讨 CD44 V6与胃癌发生、发展及转移的关系。方法 :采用 SP免疫组化法检测 10 6例胃癌及癌旁异型增生和癌旁正常胃粘膜上皮 CD44 V6的表达。结果 :胃癌 CD44 V6阳性表达率为 6 3.2 % ,明显高于癌旁异型增生和癌旁正常胃粘膜上皮的32 .4%和 9.1%阳性表达率。胃癌侵及浆膜层组、有淋巴结转移组及临床 TNM 、 期病人 CD44 V6阳性表达率明显高于未侵及浆膜层组、无淋巴结转移组及临床 TNM 、 期病人 (P<0 .0 1,P<0 .0 1,P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :CD44 V6阳性表达预示胃癌具有较强的侵袭转移能力 ,CD44 V6基因蛋白可作为一项预测胃癌转移潜能的生物学指标、检测胃癌组织中 CD44 V6的表达对判断预后和指导临床治疗有较重要的应用价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the relationship between CD44 splice variant (CD44V6) expression and carcinogenesis,metabasis Methods:The expression of CD44V6 protein was detectecl by SP immunohistochemical method in 106 cases of gastric cancer tissues,adjacent dysplasia and normal mucosa Results:CD44V6 positive rate of gastric cancer was 63 2%,significantly higher than adjacent dysplasia (32 4%) and normal gastric mucoso (9 1%) The expression positive rate of CD44V6 in gastric cancer with serosa invasion,lymph nodes metabasis and TNM stage Ⅲ,Ⅳ was much higher than that without serosa invasion,lymph nodes metabasis and TNM stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ (P<0 01,P<0 01,P<0 05,respectively) Conclusions:The positive expression of CD44V6 indicated that the gastric carcinoma has stronger invasion and metabasis potential CD44V6 is a useful marker of predicting the metastatic potential of gastric carcinoma Detectation of the expression of CD44V6 may be useful for evaluating prognosis and guiding treatment更多还原
