【摘要】 目的 :对不同病理类型的乳腺肿块进行血流特点的研究。方法 :患者术前行二维、彩色多普勒血流显像及脉冲多普勒检查 ,全部病例均经手术病理证实。分三组病理类型血流对照研究。结果 :囊肿仅 2个周边检出一处点状血流 ;纤维腺瘤与乳腺癌检出的血流形态分布不同 ;乳腺癌的 PSV及 RI均值较纤维腺瘤组高 ,两组间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;乳腺癌灶≤ 2 cm与 >2 cm的 PSV及 RI均值两组间无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :纤维腺瘤与乳腺癌的 PSV及 RI有显著性差异 ,但其重叠性大。 RI≤ 0 .5 5 ,有助于排除乳腺癌的诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The aim of this study is to understand the difference in flow for breast masses Methods:Breast masses were examined by the two dimensional and color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) and pulsed Doppler All cases were confirmed by operation and pathology They were divided into three groups Results:Only one point like flow was demonstratable in two sides of the mass The vascular morphology and distribution in fibroadenoma and carcinoma were different The mean peak systolic velocity (PSV) and the mean resistance index (RI) in the group of breast carcinoma were higher than fibroadenoma There were statistical differences for the mean PSV and the mean RI between the groups (P<0 01);There were no statistical differences for the mean PSV and the mean RI between the two groups of breast carcinoma ≤2 cm and>2 cm (P>0 05) Conclusion:We concluded that CDFI and pulsed Doppler were valuable in diagnosis of breast neoplasms,RI≤0 55 helps to exclude diagnosis of breast carcinoma更多还原
