早中期慢性肾功能不全营养治疗的研究

【摘要】 目的 :研究营养治疗对早中期慢性肾功能不全患者血中尿素氮等的影响。方法 :对确诊为慢性肾功能不全患者 2 5 1例 ,应用高生物价蛋白质食物 ,膳食中蛋白质摄入量控制在 2 5~ 35 g/ d,分别测定治疗前后血中尿素氮、肌酐和尿酸等。结果 :经营养治疗后 ,尿素氮由 (2 0 .19± 11.5 4) mm ol/ L 降至 (9.0 6± 5 .5 3) mm ol/ L,肌酐和尿酸分别由 (475 .16± 2 96 .81) mm ol/L 和 (5 6 3.42± 2 39.6 4) mm ol/ L 降至 (189.93± 117.2 8) mmol/ L 和 (2 47.6 6± 12 3.5 7) mm ol/ L,P <0 .0 0 1。结论 :应用高生物蛋白质及控制蛋白质摄入量 ,是延缓肾功能恶化的有效营养治疗手段之一。

【Abstract】 Objective:This is to study the effect of nutritional therapy on patients of early and middle term chronic renal failure (CRF) on blood urea Methods:The levels of urea,creatinine (cr) and uric acid (UA) on blood of 251 CRF patients were determined,before and after the treatment with heigh biological value protein controlled regime 25~35 g/d Results:After this nutritional treatment,the level of urea of the patients were obviously reduced from (20 19±11 54)mmol/L to (9 06±5 53)mmol/L Cr and UA were also respectively reduced from (475 16±296 81)mmol/L and (563 42±293 61)mmol/L to (189 93±117 28)mmol/L and (24 66±123 57)mmol/L,P<0 01 Conclusion:After supply of high biological and the controlled protein,nutritional treatment of lysis CRF was a effective
