【摘要】 目的 :通过研究 Pa- ETCO2 的变化和 PETCO2 与 Pa CO2 的相关性来评价单肺通气 ( OL V)时监测 PETCO2 的价值。方法 :选择 30例开胸手术的患者 ,分别于双肺通气 ( TL V) 2 0 min、OL V5 min,15 min,30 m in,6 0 m in测 PETCO2 与 Pa CO2 的值 ,计算 Pa- ETCO2 ,进行统计学处理。结果 :OL V时不同时段的 PETCO2 比 TL V时增大 ( P <0 .0 5 ) ,PETCO2 与 Pa CO2 相关 ( r =0 .4192 ,P =0 .0 0 0 6 ) ,但相关性低于 TL V时 ( r=0 .70 2 0 ,P =0 .0 0 3)。结论 :OL V时可用 PETCO2 来监测 Pa CO2 ,但可靠性较 TL V时下降 ,需间断监测 Pa CO2 来校正 PETCO2 。更多还原
