机械力化学效应对硅灰石超细粉物性影响的研究
STUDY OF THE INFLUENCE OF MECHANO-CHEMICAL EFFECT ON PROPERTIES OF WOLLASTONITE SUPERFINE POWDERS
【摘要】 以硅灰石矿物粉末作为对象 ,研究了硅灰石在微粉碎过程中 ,粉体粒度 (激光衍射法 )、比表面积 (BET吸附法 )、结晶构造畸变(有效Debye -Waller参数D)的变化特征 ,并通过XRD检测证实硅灰石从三斜晶系向单斜晶系转变过程 .从而清晰地说明在超细粉磨过程中机械力化学效应的存在及其对硅灰石超细粉物性的影响 .
【Abstract】 The mechano_chemical effects of superfine grinding process on the wollastonite powders were studied. The characteristic changes about particle size (by laser diffraction analyzer), specific surface area (by BET adsorption method) and the strain of crystal structure (by effective Debye_Waller parameter? 獶 ) in the grinding process were investigated. The transition process from triclinic system into monoclinic system is explained with the help of XRD analyses. The present work clearly demonstrates that the superfine grinding process on wollastonite powders have remarkable effects on properties of wollastonite superfine powders.
