【Abstract】 SiO 2-AlN-BN composites were fabricated via hot_pressing process. A comprehensive investigation on mechanical, dielectric and thermal properties of SiO 2-AlN-BN composites was conducted. The results indicate that the incorporation of the second-phase AlN and tertiary-phase BN particles enhance greatly mechanical properties of SiO 2-AlN-BN composites. SiO 2-AlN-BN composites exhibit excellent dielectric and thermal properties similar to those of SiO 2 matrix. SiO 2-AlN-BN composites are convinced to be a novel composite for antenna window application.更多还原
