单频窄线宽分布布拉格反射光纤激光器研究
Narrow-Linewidth Single-Mode DBR Fiber Lasers
【摘要】 分析了单频窄线宽分布布拉格反射 (DBR)光纤激光器的单模工作条件 ,在此基础上算出单模工作区域 ,制作了一个单频窄线宽分布布拉格反射光纤激光器。该激光器在波长为 975.5nm的半导体激光器抽运下 ,在 1556 .91nm波长处 ,当抽运功率为 55.35m W时输出功率可达1.4 3m W,频宽小于 1.2 MHz(受测量仪器分辨率限制 )。经测量 ,该输出激光是稳定的单纵模输出
【Abstract】 A narrow linewidth single mode distributed Bragg reflection (DBR) fiber laser is discussed. Through theoretical analysis, the single longitudinal mode operation domain is obtained. Then according to this theoretical result, a single mode DBR fiber laser is fabricated. This laser is pumped by a semiconductor laser at 975.50 nm and the operating wavelength is 1556.91 nm. Its output power reaches 1.43 mW and the lasing linewidth is less than 1.2 MHz(instrument resolution limited). The measurement shows that the laser operates at single mode.
