石龙子rADVR突触结构的定量分析
QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS OF SYNAPTIC STRUCTURE FOR THE ROSTROLATERAL AREA OF THE ANTERIOR DORSAL VENTRICULAR(ADVR) IN LIZARD EUMECES CHINENSIS
【摘要】 用实物及计算机投影系统对石龙子前背侧室嵴嘴外侧区突触的电镜图像进行放大处理和统计分析 ,测量结果 :突触前膜平均厚度为 70 .3× 1 0 -10 m,后膜平均厚度为 1 1 7.7× 1 0 -10 m ,突触间隙平均宽度为 1 4 7×1 0 -10 m,突触界面曲率为 :平均值±标准差 =( 1 .1 2 3± 0 .3 89)× 1 0 -10 m,突触活性带长度为 :平均值±标准差=( 3 51 4 .93± 982 .75)× 1 0 -10 m,空心小泡直径为 :平均值±标准差 =( 477.3± 3 8.4 5)× 1 0 -10 m( n=58) ,实心小泡直径为 :平均值±标准差 =( 892± 55.83 )× 1 0 -10 m ( n=2 8) .
【Abstract】 The electron micrographs of ADVR in lizard Eumeces Chinensis are magnified and quantitatively analysed by means of an object and computer projection system.The results of survey show:The average thickness of presynaptic membrane in 70.3×10 -10 m;The average thickness of post synaptic membrane is 117 7×10 -10 m;The average width of synaptic cleft is 147×10 -10 m;The curvature of synaptic interface is (1.123±0.389)×10 -10 m,and the length of active zone is (3514.93±982.75) ×10 -10 m. The average diameter of hollow synaptic vesicles is (477.3±38.45)×10 -10 m;The average diameter of densce cored synaptic vesicles is (892±55.83)×10 -10 m.
