【Abstract】 The growth rate of tissue calture shoots of sugarcane Taiwan sugar No 16 were enhanced by 68% when cultured in a MSbased liquid medium containing BA 3 mg/L,NAA 0 5 mg/L and NaSiO 3 200 mg/L,and the growth phase was lengthened by 23 days compared with the control.The amount of roots was increased by 53% when it grew on a MSbased medium containing NAA 1 mg/L,Boric acid 30 mg/L,compared with the control.更多还原
