锌冶炼中酸浸渣的锌铅分离

【摘要】 研究了含高铅闪锌矿经沸腾炉焙烧的挥发氧化物酸浸处理的浸渣的锌、铅分离 .使用添加剂 LHY后 ,常压下用硫酸浸取 ,在实验条件下 ,锌的浸取率达 98%以上 ,而铅仍以硫酸铅的形式留在浸渣中 ,从而有效地将锌、铅分离 .而其中稀有元素铟的浸出率也较高 .

【Abstract】 A new technology for separation Zn from Pb in residues formed from acid leaching oxides is investigated. The oxides are volatilized from zinc blende with PbS and In 2O 3 as satellites when roasted in fluidized bed furnace in zincum smelting plant. By means of sulfuric acid leaching with addition of an adjuvant made by ourselves under normal pressure condition, the Zn 2+ of ZnFe 2O 4 in residues is solved into leachate and the PbSO 4 is as it was existed in solid phase. The leaching ration of zinc reaches up to more than 98%, and that of indium to more than 75%.
