铂微粒修饰固体石蜡碳糊电极对过氧化氢的电催化特征及分析应用

【摘要】 研究铂微粒修饰的固体石蜡碳糊电极 (Pt- SCPE)对 H2 O2 的电催化行为。在 p H值 4.6的柠檬酸盐 - 0 .0 3mol/ L硝酸钾溶液中 ,用该电极 H2 O2 在 +0 .18V(vs.SCE)可产生灵敏的还原电流 ,线性范围为 1.0× 10 - 1 m ol/L~ 3.0× 10 - 7mol/ L ,检出限为 7.5× 10 - 8mol/ L。Pt- SCPE与液体石蜡碳糊电极比较 ,在峰电位、线性响应范围、检出限方面有更好的结果。用该电极测定样品中的过氧化氢 ,获得满意结果。

【Abstract】 The platinum dispersed carbon paste electrode with solid paraffin as a binder (Pt SCPE) was prepared and used for determination of hydrogen peroxide. In 0 03 mol/L KNO 3 and pH4 6 sodium citrate buffered solution, H 2O 2 could be reduced on Pt SCPE,and produce a sensitive wave with peak potential at +0 18 V. The liner response was obtained for the concentration of H 2O 2 in the range of 3 0×10 -7 mol/L to 1 0×10 -1 mol/L, and the detection limit was 7 5×10 -8 mol/L. As compared with Pt liquid carbon paste electrode, Pt SCPE showed more advantages in peak potential, linear response range and detection limit. The satisfied results were obtained in several samples’ analysis.
