【Abstract】 Computer aided alignment is the technique of creating a computer modle of the optical system in it’s misaligned state and testing 、analyzing it in real time,it makes the alignment more effciency . In this paper we analyze the all misaligned state of the cylinder mirrors system,test and analyze the result of alignment in real time,as a result we have a ideal system.Our conclusion shows that this method is a viable toolmin the alignment of optical systems.更多还原
