【Abstract】 This paper studied the fractal dimension and presented a new way for domain blocks clustering based on fractal dimension. Thus the encoding speed is increased. Experiment results showed that the encoding speed is 80 times faster than conventional fractal encoding, whereas the Psnr didn’t change abruptly.更多还原
