钾长石-石膏-碳酸钙热分解烧成物中硫酸钾的浸取过程
Leaching Process of Potassium Sulfate from Roasts of Potash Feldspar, Gypsum and Calcium Carbonate
【摘要】 采用多级逆流浸取操作方式以提高钾长石热分解烧成物浸取液中硫酸钾的浓度和浸出率,在对浸取过程进行分析和合理假设的基础上对过程进行了数学描述,建立了浸取过程相应参数的计算式。实验表明浸取液中硫酸钾浓度、液相量、固相量等的测量值与计算值相符合,说明浸取过程的数学描述合理,能以此设计浸取过程和预测相应的过程参数。
【Abstract】 A counter-current multistage leaching process has been analyzed and used to leach potassium from roasts of potash feldspar, gypsum and calcium carbonate to increase the potassium recovery and the potassium sulfate concentration in the filtrate of the first stage. According to the balance of potassium sulfate in each stage, the leaching process is described mathematically, and formulae are established to calculate the concentrations of potassium sulfate, masses of solid phases and liquid phases, filtrates and filter residues, potash recovery, and the necessary number of stages. Further more, experiments are designed according to the mathematical description of the leaching process and the experimental results are in good agreement with the calculated ones.
